5 oz VOV
150g potato flour or corn flour
4 oz sunflower oil
4 oz milk
1 bag of baking powder
Salt to taste
Whisk the eggs with the sugar for about 10 minutes, add the sunflower oil and combine with the mixture.
Add, little by little, the two flours with the baking powder and a pinch of salt - previously sifted together - and pour milk and VOV alternately so as to obtain a soft compound. Pour the mixture into a ring-shaped mould and bake in the oven - preheated at 180 degrees - for about 40 minutes.
