VOV cupcakes

1 oz VOV
120g butter
120g sugar
120g flour
2 eggs
1 bag of baking powder
Salt to taste

For the VOV frosting

1 oz VOV
200g cream cheese
70g icing sugar
3 oz whipping cream

Sift the flour with the baking powder. Separately mix softened butter and sugar with an electric whisk, add eggs and VOV, stirring continuously. Add the flour and the baking powder previously sifted and a pinch of salt, and mix with a palette knife. Pour the mixture into a muffin mould and bake in the preheated oven at 180° C for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down.

For the frosting

Whip the sugar with the cream cheese. Separately whip the cream, then add it to the mixture. Pour the mixture in a pastry bag and garnish the cupcakes. Add sprinkles and coloured sugar on top to taste.
